Khidmah is looking for a Procurement Officer in KSA to handle end-to-end purchasing, vendor management, and order tracking to ensure project materials arrive on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities. Vendor Sourcing & Management: Source quality products, negotiate prices/terms, evaluate performance, and maintain the approved supplier list. Order Processing & Tracking: Convert approved PRs to POs, track open orders, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely site delivery. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams to define material specs and deliver cost-effective purchasing solutions. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate procurement logs, generate reports, and comply with company policies, HSE, and security standards. Requirements. Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of relevant procurement experience. Skills: Knowledge of local market, full procurement cycle, negotiation, and report writing. Tools & Systems: Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Outlook. Languages: Fluent in English.
