Job Title: Procurement Manager Company: Augment Resources SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Infrastructure/Construction Procurement Managers Augment Resources is recruiting experienced procurement professionals across five roles within facilities management, infrastructure and construction-related procurement. These opportunities sit within some of New Zealand's largest and most complex procurement environments, supporting the build and maintenance of critical infrastructure across the country. Augment Resources provides Procurement and Supply Chain interim, permanent and consulting resources for Private Industry, the Public Sector and Defence. These opportunities offer exposure to large-scale strategic sourcing, category management and supplier relationship initiatives within a highly visible and impactful environment. Successful candidates will help shape how critical services and infrastructure are procured and delivered across New Zealand. Key areas of responsibility may include: * Developing and implementing category strategies and sourcing plans. * Leading complex RFx, tender and market engagement activities. * Establishing and negotiating commercial frameworks, panel agreements and supplier contracts. * Reviewing, renewing and modernising existing contractual arrangements. * Strengthening supplier performance, governance and commercial accountability. * Identifying opportunities for value creation, demand management and procurement optimisation. * Providing trusted commercial advice to operational, facilities, infrastructure and executive stakeholders. * Supporting procurement transformation, sustainability initiatives and capability uplift programmes. Support the delivery of critical services and infrastructure that directly benefit communities across New Zealand. Play a key role in a major procurement and commercial transformation programme focused on innovation, capability uplift and commercial excellence. Work alongside highly experienced procurement leaders within a recognised centre of excellence for sourcing, category management and commercial delivery. Depending on your experience and category expertise, you may be considered for a specific portfolio or across multiple portfolio areas. * Intermediate permanent opportunities available for candidates with experience procuring FM/Opex, Utilities and Construction. * Senior permanent opportunities available for candidates with experience providing procurement and commercial skills in FM/Opex, Tier-1 Contracting and Construction Services. Essential Experience * Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement or commercial leadership within infrastructure/construction environments. * Demonstrated success leading complex procurement programmes, market engagements and supplier negotiations. * Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability. * Experience managing contracts, supplier relationships and stakeholder engagement activities. * Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within large, complex organisations. * Experience delivering outcomes in challenging stakeholder environments. * Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, Law or a related discipline.
