Roles & Responsibilities:
πΈ Support the sales squad via Zendesk, tracking down SKU statuses and purchase order (PO) lifecycles to give crystal\-clear, accurate updates.
πΈ Play a key role in launching 160\-180 fresh SKUs every month, acting as the ultimate bridge between vendors, the procurement team, and product development.

Requirements
π§ Bonus points: You have hands\-on experience with an ERP system/Zendesk, know the PO lifecycle, or have a background in product data for retail/home furnishings!
