Job Title: Procurement Business Partner Company: Pepkor Holdings Limited Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role Pepkor is seeking an experienced Procurement Business Partner to drive strategic non\-merchandise procurement savings projects across the group, primarily supporting the Retail brands, IT and Logistics service divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, technical teams, and suppliers to shape procurement strategies, manage complex sourcing activity, support contract management, and deliver practical, commercially sound outcomes. Responsibilities * Partner with Retail business, IT / Technology and Logistics service divisions to develop and execute procurement strategies that support business objectives, manage supplier and contractual risk, and create sustainable commercial value. * Manage end\-to\-end strategic and operational procurement across technology areas (hardware, software, SaaS, cloud solutions, managed services, telecommunications, infrastructure, implementation, support, and professional services) and logistics services. * Lead complex strategic sourcing projects, RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations across multi\-stakeholder environments. * Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Information Security, IT, Logistics, and business stakeholders to review, negotiate, and manage robust contracts. * Oversee supplier performance, service level management, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking to secure long\-term value beyond price. * Translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable sourcing strategies and clear contract terms. * Provide direction and guidance to the Non\-Merchandise Procurement team. * Drive continuous improvement and innovation across procurement practices and business operations.
