Job Title: Procurement Company: Estithmar Holding SAP Module: SPP PM Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: * Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements. * Evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. * Coordinate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure timely procurement. * Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance. * Maintain procurement records and update transactions in the ERP system. * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project schedules. Work Location: Doha, Qatar Availability: Full time

Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree * Minimum 3 years of procurement experience preferably in MEP, Water Solutions, Utilities, or Engineering projects . * Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration. * Experience in sourcing materials and equipment related to water treatment, pumping stations, plumbing networks, or MEP systems is preferred. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). * Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. * Available to join within 1 month or less .
