Principal Consultant - SAP Security

Job Title: Principal Consultant - SAP Security Company: Yash Technologies SAP Module: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: Role purpose ---------------- We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security Manager to lead our SAP Security team delivering AMS support and mini projects for a key customer. The role owns end-to-end service delivery, SLA performance and team capability, and acts as the single point of contact for SAP Security with the customer. The manager will report delivery status, risks and improvements to customer stakeholders and to internal leadership, ensuring a secure, compliant and audit-ready SAP landscape. * Deep hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA security: role design, PFCG, authorisation objects, SU24, SU53, ST01/STAUTHTRACE. * SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.0: ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), BRM, rule set maintenance and MSMP workflows. * SAP Fiori and Gateway security: catalogs, groups, spaces and pages, OData service authorisations. * SoD analysis, risk remediation and mitigation control design. * Security for SAP BW/BW4HANA, HANA DB, SAP Basis-related security (RFC, CUA, user admin) and SAP Solution Manager. * Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or similar. * SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS), SAP BTP and SuccessFactors / Ariba / Concur security. * SAP IAG (Identity Access Governance) and SAP GRC Process Control / Risk Management. * S/4HANA migration security (brownfield conversion, role remediation). * Exposure to IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD) integrated with SAP. * Knowledge of SOX, ISO 27001, GDPR and other regulatory frameworks. * 4+ years managing SAP Security teams in an AMS or managed services model. * Strong customer-facing presence, able to handle senior stakeholders and difficult escalations calmly. * Clear written and verbal communication, including status reports, MSR decks and executive summaries. * Proven ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, budgets and resource utilisation. * Structured problem solving and decision making under pressure. * Experience working with onsite–offshore and multi-vendor delivery models. * People leadership: coaching, motivating and retaining talent. * Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity * Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration * All Support needed for the realization of business goals, * Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time

Technical skills required ----------------------------- ### Must have Qualifications and certifications ------------------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; MBA or management qualification is a plus. * SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP Security / GRC Access Control (preferred). * ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (preferred); PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage. * Security certifications such as CISA or CISSP are a plus.
