Key Responsibilities * 2-3 years of experience in pre\-sales, telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer relationship management. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer\-handling, persuasion, and objection\-handling abilities. * Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software. * Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize follow\-ups, and work towards targets. * Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude. * Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred; knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is an advantage. * Experience in interior design, real estate, home improvement, or a related industry will be an added advantage.
