Position: SAP ABAP + PLM Developer

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP + PLM Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and strong exposure to PLM processes and S/4HANA programming. The candidate should have strong expertise in Core ABAP, OOPS ABAP, CDS Views, OData, APIs, and Data Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, integrating, and troubleshooting SAP solutions while working closely with functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities. Design, develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP applications in SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments. Develop and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Work extensively on Core ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS) development. Design and develop CDS Views for reporting, data modelling, and application development. Develop and consume OData services and APIs for SAP and external system integrations. Work on SAP Data Services for data extraction, transformation, integration, and migration requirements. Develop and troubleshoot APIs and integration interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications. Work on SAP PLM-related developments and integrations. Analyze business requirements and prepare technical specifications and development solutions. Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and production issue resolution. Develop reusable and scalable solutions following SAP development standards and S/4HANA best practices. Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and integration teams for end-to-end solution delivery. Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production activities. Mandatory Technical Skills. 7+ years of SAP ABAP development experience. Strong expertise in Core ABAP. Strong Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS) programming skills. Hands-on experience with CDS Views. Strong experience in OData services. Hands-on experience with APIs. Experience with SAP Data Services. Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA programming. Experience with ABAP development, debugging, enhancements, and performance optimization. Good understanding of SAP integration concepts. Strong experience in technical analysis and troubleshooting. Preferred Skills. Experience in SAP PLM. Knowledge of PLM master data and business processes. Experience with S/4HANA and Clean Core principles. Knowledge of SAP extensibility and integration frameworks. Exposure to RAP will be an added advantage. Experience with BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and standard SAP extension techniques. Knowledge of RICEFW objects. Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 integration is a plus. Candidate Profile. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
