Job Title: Planner / Buyer (Manufacturing) Company: RRecruiter SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement shop floor scheduling strategies to achieve planned production throughput and meet customer demand. * Establish monthly WIP levels and production targets to achieve globally defined inventory days-on-hand (DOH) targets for ingots, WIP, and finished goods. * Determine equipment capacity through time studies, taking into consideration material flow, process requirements, product characteristics, and operational constraints. * Identify and drive opportunities to improve production capacity, material flow, equipment utilization, and overall manufacturing efficiency. * Develop, monitor, and continuously improve strategies to manage yield and process-time variations, ensuring production plans can meet customer demand. * Plan and schedule ingot growing activities based on product mix, production requirements, and puller/equipment capacity. * Coordinate and execute ingot deliveries to international manufacturing sites in accordance with production and delivery schedules. * Others assigned by Managers Work Location: Singapore, Singapore Availability: Full time
