Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist - E-Commerce Company: 7sailors.in Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Drive online product sales through performance marketing campaigns. * Manage monthly advertising budgets of ₹5 lakh or more. * Plan and optimise Google Shopping Ads, Performance Max (PMax), and Google Merchant Center campaigns. * Run Facebook and Instagram conversion campaigns. * Manage Meta Catalogue Ads, Dynamic Product Ads, and catalogue integration. * Execute Google and Meta remarketing campaigns. * Track sales revenue, ad spend, ROAS, and campaign performance. * Monitor tracking and analytics using Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. * Manage and optimise Shopify / WooCommerce stores for campaign performance. Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month Experience: 0 years Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 2 years of hands\-on e\-commerce product sales experience. * Experience managing ₹5 lakh\+ monthly ad budgets . * Practical experience with Shopify or WooCommerce . * Strong expertise in Google Ads, Shopping Ads, PMax, and Meta Ads. * Proven ability to demonstrate actual sales revenue, ad spend, and ROAS. * Knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM. * Willingness to work on\-site in Meerut, Monday to Saturday.
