Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist Company: XYOROTECH Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: Performance Marketer About the Role Key Responsibilities * Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. * Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates. * Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI. * Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative testing. * Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals. * Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports. * Coordinate with the creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversions. * Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve marketing targets.
