Role Description: Key Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media platforms. * Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs. * Manage budgets, track spend, and adjust bids to improve ROI. * Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ads and landing pages. * Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance. * Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing best practices. * Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
