You'll manage the strategy and performance of assigned client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting their targets. Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include * Activate campaigns with Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads. * Run daily account optimisation and growth. * Produce performance reports and communicate its findings to non\-technical stakeholders. * Guide search innovation and testing initiatives. * Support in Quarterly Business Reviews with the client. 💫 Custom Work Environment: Work remotely evening to Night shifts. Qualifications * In\-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns. In particular, Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video) or Microsoft Ads (Bing). * 3 years of experience in an agency environment managing large budgets for a client. * You can maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and process large amounts of data. * You love getting to know your clients, developing long\-lasting relationships and adding value to their business. * You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes. * You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
