Job Title: OTC Global Process Solution Key User Company: Volvo Group Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description ------------------- The OtC Global Process \& Solution Key User supports process/solution development, improvements and implementation of standard processes/solution on a local site and organizational unit including any adaptations or variants. The OtC Global Process \& Solution Key User will support the end users and support the full utilization of process and solutions. Bring business knowledge and needs/ requirements from all users to the Business Process Developer/Solution Leader in process/solution development and improvement activities Collect, analyze, propose and help prioritize change requests from the users represented towards the Business Process Developer or the Solution Leader Review and accept process/solution development and improvement proposals Support implementation of standard process/es and solution(s) Support the definition of process measurement/s Identify training needs, plan and secure training in cooperation with Business Process Developer and / or Solution Leader Perform process training and give support to end users Time management You will report to Business Process Developer.
