Job Title: Order To Cash Process Expert Company: KNR Management Consultants Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: We are currently partnering with a global leader in the chemicals industry to find an experienced Order\-to\-Cash (O2C) Process Expert to lead, standardize, and transform their end\-to\-end customer fulfillment operations globally. Note: Preference will be given to candidates with a strong Shared Services / Global Capability Center (GCC) background within the chemical or process manufacturing sectors.* What you’ll do: * Responsible for designing, governing, standardizing, and continuously improving the end\-to\-end customer order fulfillment process across the organization. * Drive process harmonization and transformation across different regions and business units to eliminate inefficiencies. * Collaborate cross\-functionally across Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to boost order accuracy, cycle times, and customer satisfaction. * Act as the vital bridge between business strategy and IT, guiding global ERP transformation programs using SAP S/4HANA as a mandatory enabler . * Educational Qualification: Post\-Graduation is required, backed by solid experience in the Sales function. * 8–12\+ years of experience in Order\-to\-Cash, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management within the chemical, multinational manufacturing, or industrial sectors . * Possess deep expertise in commercial, supply chain, and finance processes in B2B industry segments. * Mandatory global experience covering international regions (EU, APAC, and LATAM preferred). * Prior experience within a Shared Services / GCC setup is strongly preferred. * Mandatory SAP S/4HANA expertise in O2C, Sales \& Distribution, and billing/revenue processes to translate business requirements into tech workflows. * Proven track record as a Process Owner, Transformation Lead, or Functional Consultant driving global process harmonization. * Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
