Job Title: Order-to-Cash Lead, Global Business Services Company: Brunel SAP Module: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: About the role A global organisation is building a capability centre in India and is hiring a leader to own its end-to-end Order-to-Cash service. The role covers Sales Support, Account Management Support, Marketing Support, Invoicing and Collections, and reports to the centre's General Manager. Responsibilities * Own the Order-to-Cash operating model, standard processes and controls. * Lead teams across commercial support, invoicing and collections. * Improve invoice accuracy and timeliness and reduce billing exceptions and rework. * Track overdue receivables and disputes with regional finance and commercial teams. * Set service levels, dashboards and review routines. * Lead the transition of activities from the regions to India and drive automation. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, commercial economics or operations management. * Leadership experience in Order-to-Cash, commercial operations or finance operations. * Experience leading teams that cover invoices and collections. * Background in a shared service, Global Business Services, captive centre or BPO environment. * Experience managing stakeholders and services across several countries or regions.
