The Order Management Specialist is responsible for the efficient execution of the end\-to\-end order management process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and supported with exceptional service. The role works closely with customers and cross\-functional teams to enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business effectiveness. In addition, the position supports office administration activities to ensure a safe, professional, and well\-organized workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and validate order details including pricing, lead times, and product availability. Provide intercompany pricing and order support to internal stakeholders. Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions. Support invoicing and resolve discrepancies related to orders or deliveries. Support the day\-to\-day operation of the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Coordinate visitor management and reception requirements. Maintain stationery, office supplies, warehouse consumables, and kitchen supplies. Minimum 2 years' experience in order management, customer service, sales support, logistics, or a similar operational role. Work Location: Australia Availability: Full time

Qualifications \& Skills: Certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. Proficiency in SAP systems (S/4 HANA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
