Order Management Specialist

Job Title: Order Management Specialist Company: Hitachi Energy Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities * Handling Order booking deliverables including Order Entry \& booking with SAP S4HANA/REIWA system. * Activities include supporting the Sales \& Marketing teams with order processing, order acknowledgement, review of orders, order entry, etc. * Validate order information, pricing, product details, and contractual requirements. * Creation of Purchase requisitions (PR) and Purchase Order (PO). * Constant tracking \& follow\-up with internal stakeholders supporting seamless handover of projects. * Collaborate with Planning \& project management to keep track of deliverables * Maintain Order booking register with Monthly MIS and generate SAP reports. * Track and manage order exceptions, cancellations, and escalations. * Support invoicing process. * Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business * "\> "\>undefined Work Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Availability: Full time

Your Background * Knowledge in SAP S4HANA system * Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SAP SD processes \- order management, contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing * Knowledge on all the SAP T codes related to SAP SD Module. * Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering is preferred). * 2\-4 years of work experience in order handling.
