key responsibilities:. Manage day-to-day customer order activities, including order entry, cleaning, order removal, and release management. Ensure clean and accurate order data, including PO details, with timely processing within defined SLAs. Process customer orders efficiently in SAP and collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies. Monitor order activities and proactively identify issues, escalating them to relevant stakeholders within the agreed SLA. Support process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in order management. Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely issue resolution. We offer:.
