Job Title: Order Management Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst Company: Selections HR Services Private Limited Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Job Title: Order Management Specialist / Order Management Executive Job Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end order management process, from order receipt to delivery and closure. * Process customer purchase orders and validate order details in ERP systems. * Coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse, finance and customer service teams. * Track order status, delivery schedules, backorders and order fulfilment. * Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, blocked orders and delivery delays. * Maintain accurate order records and prepare MIS reports. * Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT and quality standards. * Order Management (OM) * Order Processing and Order Fulfilment * Sales Order Processing * Purchase Order (PO) Management * Order-to-Cash (O2C) knowledge * ERP systems such as SAP SD or Oracle * Customer and stakeholder coordination * Inventory and logistics coordination * Advanced Excel and MIS reporting * Problem-solving and communication skills Job Responsibilities * Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics and order fulfilment. * Monitor inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, warehouses and logistics teams. * Track purchase orders, delivery schedules and material movement. * Identify supply or delivery delays and coordinate corrective actions. * Maintain supply chain data, trackers and operational reports. * Support demand planning, supply planning and inventory reconciliation, as applicable. * Ensure compliance with process requirements, SLAs and quality standards. * Supply Chain Management * Supply Planning and Demand Planning * Inventory Management * Procurement and Purchase Order Management * Logistics and Distribution * Order Fulfilment * Vendor and Supplier Management * SAP MM / SAP SD / Oracle SCM * Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting * Analytical and coordination skills Work Location: Pune District, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time
