Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Order To Cash Business Analyst Company: Altera Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Job Details Job Description: Position Overview The Oracle Fusion ERP Order to Cash Business Analyst will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of the company’s Order to cash systems primarily Oracle ERP Fusion. This role requires a deep understanding of Order to Cash systems such as Order Management, GTM, Shipping and AR. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong functional and technical background and the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. Key Responsibilities * Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement. * Plan, design, and implement systems solutions, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. * Collaborate with business team to gather business requirements and translate them into IT requirements and functional design specifications. * Provide hands\-on support for Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications, ensuring successful implementation and integration. * Offer application support for business users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. * Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, functional specifications, and user guides. * Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system meets business requirements. * Train end\-users on new processes and systems. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. * 8\-2-3 years of experience in the Order to Cash process, with specific experience in Oracle Fusion ERP. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP modules. * Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements. * Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. * Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Cloud solutions that drive business value. * Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
