Under general direction of the designated Manager, individuals will be responsible for operations, installation, and performance of the SAP and Non\-SAP Oracle database landscapes. Candidates will serve as the primary point of contact within the organization for the Oracle database environment. Will define and enforce standards related to Oracle database administration. Will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to utilize the technology to solve technical and business problems. Minimum 3 days’ Work from Office (WFO), 24\7 shift support and On\-call rotational support. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Ø Actively manage the performance of the various Oracle databases, including capacity planning and tuning. Ø Coordinate with other team members to ensure software consistency across the Oracle landscape. Ø Will participate in the IT Change Management process and validate/approve all Oracle database related changes. Ø Provide input on and support new projects affecting the Oracle database landscape. Ø Engage and interface directly with Oracle as required for product support/questions. Ø Performs related duties as assigned. Ø Manage and monitor Oracle databases required for Non\-prod and Prod DBs running on Exadata environment. Ø Add, delete/drop disks for storage management \& performance in ASM environment. Ø Add, configure, monitor HA services and workload mgmt. for application batch or report jobs. Ø Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager 13cR5 Grid Control for DBA environment. Ø Install, configure, and maintain OEM agent (13cR5\) on RAC environment. Ø Monitor and manage Exadata Machine for mission critical databases \- Compute, Storage, Network, PDU. Ø Troubleshot Hardware failure events, break\-fix \& follow\-up with Oracle support for the part replacement. Ø Provide the DBA support during the patching event (Monthly/Quarterly) for Exadata environment. Ø Provide support for database issues on 24x7 (on\-call) and responding to critical situations. Ø Escalation to oracle support on issues related to all environments (Production, Test and Development). Ø Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with computer hardware such as general mainframe, midrange, network and desktop technologies; computer software includes application development lifecycle, ServiceNow, MS Office Suite and Outlook Work Location: Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time

Ø Works with internal and external customers to understand their requirements to form a forward\-thinking DBA vision for the Oracle DBs in use by the Company. Ø Defines solutions by identifying requirements and writing functional specifications; consults with technical subject matter experts. Ø Advice on options, risks, costs versus benefits and impact on other business processes and system priorities; contributes to cost versus benefit measures. Ø Participates in Security/Vulnerability assessment and remediation/patching for affected Oracle DBs or Exadata hardware issues. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:* Ø Requires a BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Ø Minimum 5\-8 yrs of Professional and responsible experience as Oracle database Administrator, handling SAP \& Non\-SAP DBs (12c to 19c) Infrastructure activities. Ø Experience on ZDLRA appliance for Oracle database backup as plus Ø Experience with Oracle Partitioning, Oracle Advanced Compression, Oracle Transparent Data Encryption MINIMUM INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Ø Must have experience installing and supporting Oracle RAC databases. Ø Minimum 5\-8 yrs. Oracle database experience, with multiple installations. Ø Experience with Oracle ZDLRA appliance for backups a plus. Ø Solid understanding of business requirements and ability to prepare architectural specifications from which applications will be designed PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:* ü Visual requirements are for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
