Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager Company: Beecruit Pte Ltd SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team. The role will focus on operational performance, inventory management, stakeholder engagement, safety compliance and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory and order fulfilment operations. * Drive performance against KPIs, SLAs and customer requirements. * Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, team leaders and operational staff. * Manage manpower planning, resource allocation and team performance. * Ensure inventory accuracy and effective utilization of SAP/WMS. * Drive Lean, Kaizen and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements. * Manage client relationships, operational escalations and key stakeholder communications. * Support warehouse automation, digitalization and transformation initiatives. * Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field. * 5–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and SAP/WMS. * Experience in KPI management and continuous improvement. * Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. * Knowledge of Singapore workplace safety regulations is preferred.
