Online Sales Manager – Retail

Job Title: Online Sales Manager – Retail Company: Al Shaheen Est SAP Module: SPP MM Roles & Responsibilities: * Drive online sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Manage the company website, marketplaces, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Rafeeq, and other online channels. * Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online catalogue. * Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse/store teams to maintain accurate inventory. * Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and refunds. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction. * Plan and coordinate digital marketing and promotional campaigns. * Monitor sales, conversion rates, customer retention, and other e-commerce KPIs. * Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management. * Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and new online sales opportunities. * Coordinate with IT, SAP/ERP, Accounts, Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, and delivery partners. * Lead and monitor the e-commerce team, set targets, and improve team performance. * Develop and improve e-commerce processes to increase sales, efficiency, and customer experience.
