About the role ------------------ You will lead the safe, reliable and cost\-effective execution of maintenance across the Ammonia Plant, bringing together mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and contractor resources to deliver planned and responsive maintenance activities. This is a hands\-on leadership opportunity where you’ll work closely with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Engineering to turn maintenance priorities into effective field execution. From coordinating daily maintenance and responding to plant issues through to preparing upcoming work and leading shutdown activities, you’ll play an important role in supporting asset integrity, plant reliability and safe operations within a Major Hazard Facility. * Lead safe and effective maintenance execution; * Coordinate planned and responsive maintenance activities; * Align priorities with Operations, Planning and Engineering; * Lead maintenance activities during shutdowns and outages; * Improve reliability through defect elimination and root cause analysis; * Manage contractors, resources and maintenance costs; * Coach and develop a capable, accountable maintenance team.
