Job Summary. The D365 Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects. This onsite role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in managing complex ERP/CRM projects. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful D365 implementations. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, and testers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to keep projects on track. Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource utilization to achieve cost-effective outcomes. Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including user training and adoption strategies, to ensure smooth transitions to D365 systems. Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure D365 solutions meet functional and technical requirements. Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, maintain accurate project documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure seamless integration of external solutions with D365.
