Mechanical Engineer

Key responsibilities * Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for robotic systems, including actuators, grippers, frames, and structures. * Work closely with Robotics Engineers (Software) to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components. * Use CAD software (SolidWorks / OnShape) to create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes. * Conduct mechanical analysis, simulations, and testing to ensure design functionality, safety, and durability. * Develop and document design specifications, assembly instructions, and manufacturing guidelines. * Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation of mechanical designs. * Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure the feasibility of designs and assist in the fabrication and assembly of prototypes. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues during the development, testing, and production phases. * Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices. System Development* * Develop full-fledged robotics system using the Eureka Controller in close collaboration with Eureka’s Product Team * Deliver advanced computer vision systems based on Eureka’s technologies * Communicate with end-customers at every step to ensure that the system meet customers’ expectations while keeping any additional work to a minimum * Create system documentation, deliver training to integrators and end-users * Install the system on site, including: delivery, calibration, performing User Acceptance Tests, etc. * Perform maintenance on the installed system Work location Work Location: Singapore, Singapore Work Type: fulltime

Familiarity with git and shell scripting. * Background in algorithmics (complexity) and mathematics (linear algebra, probability, statistics).
