Material Operations Intern

Job Title: Material Operations Intern Company: The Coca-Cola Company SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd (The Coca-Cola Company) is a strategic concentrate manufacturing plant in Asia. We are an export facility, specializing in the manufacturing of concentrates and beverage bases, with a complex portfolio, supporting the ASEAN, South Pacific and Southwest Asia business units. We are on a journey of growth - having completed the construction and expansion of our site towards doubling our manufacturing capacity in recent years. We have also embarked on our digital transformation journey, striving to be the Lighthouse for the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) plants in Asia and to be a leader in digital transformation. This role will assist the materials Operations team in driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and material lifecycle management. You’ll be working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Materials Operations teams. 1. Design and deploy automation solutions for MRB and weekly reporting processes using Power Automate, SAP, and Excel Query to integrate and transform large data sets. 2. Apply data engineering principles to streamline material lifecycle management workflows. 3. Develop and test scripts/queries to reduce manual reporting efforts and improve data accuracy. 4. Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Data Analytics, and Materials Operations to implement technical automation solutions. 5. Build experience in materials lifecycle engineering, data visualization, and system-driven process optimization. * Learning about company growth and digitization strategies * Project management with both internal and external stakeholders across various geographies * On-site activities inside a beverage plant and getting to work with a highly empowered and agile team * Exposure to materials lifecycle engineering, automation technologies, and process optimization initiatives Work Location: Tuas, West Region, Singapore Work Type: internship

Qualifications & Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Degree in Supply Chain or related technical fields such as Engineering or IT * Possess a good attitude and willingness to learn new skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Power Automate, and basic programming skills Experience Required: internship Key Skills: Project Management
