Job Description As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting production and customer delivery by performing shipping, receiving, inventory, material movement, and fulfillment activities. You will prepare and ship customer orders, maintain inventory accuracy, operate material handling equipment, and ensure materials are available to support manufacturing operations. You will work onsite in Cambridge, Ontario, collaborating closely with planners, engineers, and operations team members to support production, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives. ### Your Responsibilities: * Perform material handling functions, including kitting, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and SAP transactions. * Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation. * Manage inventory through stock put\-away, shelf organization, FIFO practices, and delivery of materials to production and other departments. * Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely while following quality, safety, and company procedures. * Collaborate with planners, engineers, and team members to support production needs, continuous improvement programs, training activities, and operations. * Health Insurance including Medical and Dental * Health Care Spending Account (HCSA – dependent on the plan chosen) * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Retirement plans * Paid Time off * Volunteering Time off * Employer Savings Plan Matching (includes RRSP, TFSA, and EPSP) * Employer Paid DC Pension * Maternity and Parental Leave Top\-Up * Fitness Reimbursement Program * Flexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life. * High School Diploma or GED. This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation. For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $48,320 \- $60,400 with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
