Master Data Intern

The duration of the internship will be from 6 to 12 months internship. You will be based at UOA Business Center, Glenmarie. You will be reporting directly to AP Data Strategy and Master Data Management Manager. Key Responsibilities * Master Data Maintenance: Help with Supplier/ Customer/ Material/ Procurement Pricing data creation, updates, deactivations, reactivations in ERPs, ensuring adherence to SLA requirements. * Data Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data. * Support for ERP System Implementation: Support ERP system implementation activities and contribute to project\-related tasks * Compliance: Follow established data management procedures, standards, and guidelines to ensure data is maintained accurately, consistently, and in compliance with organizational requirements. This is a hybrid remote/in\-office role. Qualifications * Education: Final\-year students pursuing a bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in any field of study. * Language Skills: Proficiency in English or Mandarin (written and spoken) * Demonstrate learning agility and an interest in developing business knowledge. * Show initiative and accountability when working independently, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve shared goals * Proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to identify challenges, contribute ideas, and help implement practical solutions.
