This role involves market analysis, strategy development, and coordination with various teams to implement marketing activities that align with commercial priorities. Job description ------------------- Lead the development and execution of country\-specific marketing strategies. Manage six critical marketing phases: diagnostic phase and objective setting, propose campaigns, finalize offers and campaigns, define and approve master plan, execute and monitor plans, review and evaluate post\-campaigns. Collaborate with product management, product development, and sales teams to align marketing activities. Coordinate with global marketing teams to localize brand messaging and market materials. Organize and lead local exhibitions, trade shows, field days, and promotional events. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies. Propose and manage the country’s marketing budget.
