Marketing & MIS Executive

Job Title: Marketing & MIS Executive Company: WEBINGO INFOTECH SOLUTIONS Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented \Marketing \& MIS Executive\* to manage digital marketing activities, maintain management information system (MIS) reports, and assist with billing and invoicing operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities \- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. \- Coordinate the creation and publishing of social media posts, reels, banners and promotional content. \- Support lead generation campaigns and maintain marketing performance reports. \- Track engagement, reach, leads and campaign performance. \- Coordinate with designers, content creators and external marketing agencies, wherever required. \- Maintain billing records, invoice registers and client\-wise billing trackers. \- Coordinate with the concerned teams for invoice details and supporting documents. \- Assist in maintaining billing\-related MIS and documentation. \- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools. \- Exposure to BMA’s marketing, lead generation and client servicing processes. \- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, MIS reporting or billing operations. Preferred Candidate Profile \- A graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Key Skills: Digital Marketing, SEO Salary: INR 15000 - 20000 per monthly
