The candidate will be responsible for managing overall marketing activities, planning promotional campaigns, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong marketing, communication, strategic planning, and team management skills. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. * Manage brand positioning, brand awareness, and market visibility. * Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand business reach. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Plan and manage advertising, branding, and promotional initiatives. * Develop marketing plans to attract potential customers and generate business opportunities. * Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders. * Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources. * Monitor marketing performance and evaluate campaign effectiveness. * Build and maintain strong brand communication across various channels. * Identify market trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches. * 0-3 years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Management. * Strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and promotions. * Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns. * Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. * Creative thinking with a business\-oriented approach.
