Job Title: Marketing Manager Company: HappieHire Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Role: Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: * Own and drive the overall social media and digital marketing strategy. * Guide content calendars, campaign ideas and communication to ensure they remain relevant, on\-brand and aligned with current trends. * Manage the social media agency, including content approvals, campaign planning, quality checks and adherence to timelines. * Understand and oversee paid media campaigns across relevant platforms. * Review campaign analytics, evaluate performance and use insights to improve engagement, lead generation and ROI. * Strategize and manage email and WhatsApp marketing using our existing platforms and databases. * Coordinate with different department heads to source content, understand requirements and obtain timely approvals. * Maintain consistency in the brand's overall visual identity, communication and aesthetics across channels. * Ensure marketing activities and agency deliverables are planned and executed within agreed timelines. Experience: 3 years Qualification: Graduate or master's in marketing and communications * Proven experience in social media, digital marketing and paid campaigns. * Experience managing external agencies or marketing partners. * Strong understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics. * Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder\-management skills. * Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of current digital and social trends.
