Job Description: Marketing Campaigns \& Strategy * Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline). * Work closely with the operations and management team to align marketing efforts with business goals. * Develop engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates. * Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure high\-quality content delivery. * Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, XHS, Tiktok \& etc.) and grow online presence. * Monitor digital performance metrics and assist in SEO/SEM strategies. * Support in organizing seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and overseas roadshows. * Prepare event materials, liaise with speakers, and ensure brand consistency. * Maintain brand consistency across all channels and ensure materials reflect Exodus’s premium and professional image. * Assist in developing press releases and media engagement where needed. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support data\-driven decisions. * Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements. * Competitive salary and performance\-based incentives. * Career growth opportunities within the company. * Training and development programs. * Supportive and dynamic work environment.
