Job Category: Digital Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
As Marketing \& Communications Executive, you will help deliver clear, consistent and engaging communications across the Moneycorp Group, while leading marketing activity for the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and Moneycorp Bank.
The role has two balanced areas of responsibility. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to plan content, draft and coordinate communications, and ensure messaging is accurate, timely and aligned with our brand and tone of voice.
Second, you will act as the lead day\-to\-day marketing contact for FIG and Moneycorp Bank. This includes developing and delivering marketing plans, managing effective collateral and communications, and leading the end\-to\-end delivery of events, from booth design, logistics and supplier liaison through to pre\-event promotion, on\-site coordination and post\-event follow\-up.
You will also support marketing activity for the development of the US Bank, working with relevant Group and US stakeholders to deliver communications, campaigns, collateral and events as the proposition evolves.
This is a varied, hands\-on role for a proactive marketer and strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, build trusted stakeholder relationships and take ownership of activity from brief through to delivery and measurement.

* Act as the lead day\-to\-day marketing contact for FIG and Moneycorp Bank, building a strong understanding of their audiences, propositions and commercial objectives.

* Manage effective collateral, presentations and sales\-support materials for FIG and Moneycorp Bank, working with Product, Sales, Design, Legal and Compliance as required.
* Support marketing activity for the development of the US Bank, adapting Group messaging and materials and coordinating with relevant Group and US stakeholders.
* Support the planning and delivery of clear, consistent Group communications across email, corporate social media, internal channels and external communications.
* Draft, edit and coordinate content for employees, clients, prospects, partners and other external stakeholders, adapting the message and tone for each audience and channel.
* Own and maintain a joined\-up communications and content calendar, coordinating inputs, approvals and publication dates across the Group.
* Manage day\-to\-day social media activity across all Moneycorp brand channels, including planning, copywriting, scheduling, stakeholder approvals and performance monitoring.
* Assist with PR activity, including drafting supporting materials, coordinating internal inputs and liaising with external PR partners where required.
* Act as a brand ambassador, helping stakeholders apply Moneycorp’s brand, messaging and tone of voice consistently across communications, campaigns, events and collateral.
* Coordinate website updates and page builds through the CMS, working with Digital Marketing colleagues and business stakeholders to keep content accurate, current and aligned with the wider customer journey.
* Support client and service communications, working with business, Legal and Compliance stakeholders to ensure communications are clear, accurate and issued through the right channels.
Supplier and budget management
* Manage day\-to\-day relationships with relevant external suppliers, including event organisers, stand designers, production partners, agencies and other specialist providers
* Coordinate briefs, quotes, purchase orders and invoices, following up to ensure deliverables and payment deadlines are met.
