Marketing Communications Specialist

Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist Company: KvG Group Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and effectively collaborate with internal teams and international customers. Key Responsibilities · Create and coordinate marketing graphics and digital assets. · Manage email marketing platforms, including Klaviyo and Constant Contact. Website Management · Maintain and update website content, product information, and marketing materials. · Manage website logins and access to online resources. · Coordinate website updates and technical support with external developers. · Manage and maintain a password\-protected online resource portal. · Coordinate translations for international audiences. · Provide technical support during live webinars. · Manage webinar recordings, registrations, and follow\-up communications. · Coordinate quarterly promotions and product marketing initiatives. · Create promotional sales sheets, order forms, and supporting materials. Distributor \& Marketing Support · Provide marketing support to domestic and international distributors. · Coordinate distributor onboarding. · Support additional marketing projects and company initiatives as required. · All other duties as assigned. · Strong organizational and project management skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. · Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments.
