Ticket resolution raised by users
Handling all types of incidents and giving resolution
Monitoring the reports related to the module and checking the status of the reports and updating
Involved in the various developments in the project as on requirements from the Business process owners
Preparation of Functional Specifications, worked on User Exits
Interacting with end users to get more inputs in resolving the issues
Proactively discuss critical issue with other cross-functional consultants for timely resolution of issues.
