Job Description
Job Title: Manager | SAP PP | Bengaluru | SAP | DSA Consumer & TMT Company: Deloitte Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Manager | SAP PP | Bengaluru | SAP | DSA Consumer & TMT * Configure and support SAP Production Planning (PP) functionalities. * Gather business requirements, analyze manufacturing processes, and provide effective SAP solutions. * Work on demand management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and production scheduling. * Configure and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), work centers, routings, and production versions. * Manage planned orders, production orders, order confirmations, and goods movements. * Work on discrete manufacturing and repetitive manufacturing processes, as applicable. * Support production execution, order settlement coordination, and shop-floor process improvements. * Configure and support MRP Live and other relevant SAP S/4HANA PP functionalities. * Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and warehouse management modules. * Prepare functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, and forms. * Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis. * Support implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and production support activities. * Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams. * Prepare functional documentation and conduct end-user training. Requirements
Key skills required * Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP. * Knowledge of MRP Live and Fiori applications. * Experience with SAP PP/DS is an advantage. * Exposure to SAP QM integration and manufacturing execution processes. * Experience in end-to-end implementation or global rollout projects. * Relevant SAP certification is an advantage. * Education: B.Tech Key Skills: SAP PP, Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, Work Centers, Capacity Planning Salary: Not disclosed
