Manager ? Manufacturing Operations

Manage the entire production process from planning to execution ensuring that production goals & customers delivery dates are met. Manufacturing operations including production & Quality Control. Build & lead a team of employees in production, maintenance & Quality Control/ Inspection. Motivate employees to achieve the targets. Monitor Production Planning, Scheduling & control manufacturing process. Monitor & co-ordination Inward, In-process & Final Inspection of manufactured products & to reduce Rejections. Monitor Equipment Maintenance Planning & execution in co-ordination with maintenance section. To maintain shop floor discipline, cleanliness & safety.
