Job Title: Manager - Information Technology (SAP ABAP) Company: The Oberoi Group Job Category: SAP ABAP Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for candidate with strong technical and leadership capabilities to deliver high\-quality SAP solutions across implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing RICEF objects, managing team deliverables, and collaborating with functional consultants to drive end\-to\-end SAP project execution. KEY ACTIVITIES Technical Development * Design, develop, and enhance RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) \[ABAP \| PDF] * Build and maintain: ALV Reports (Classical \& Interactive) Team Leadership * Lead and mentor a team of ABAP developers. * Perform effort estimation and resource planning. * Ensure timely delivery of development objects. * Coordinate between functional, basis, and business teams. Integration \& System Support * Develop complex integrations with third\-party systems (via IDOCs, proxies, SAP XI) * Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and production support. * Manage SPAU, SPDD, OSS Notes during upgrades. * Understand business processes in Supply Chain \& Finance Integration * Translate business requirements into Technical Solutions KEY SKILLS * Bachelor’s degree in engineering / IT. * SAP ABAP Certification (preferred). * Strong expertise in: ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, RICEFW development, IDOCs, BAPIs, RFC, Web Services, SmartForms, SAP Scripts * Experience in ECC and S/4HANA concepts. * Knowledge of performance tuning \& debugging. * Cross\-module integration: SD, MM, FICO, PM, PP. * Understanding of end\-to\-end SAP processes. * Sharp analytical mind with good attention to detail. * Ability to multi\-task on issues. * Ability to work independently and on own initiative. * Professional approach and demeanor. * Good organizational, communication, interpersonal and team skills. * Follows The Oberoi Dharma.
