• *Profile: HR Manager
• *Qualifications:**
- MSW / BBA / MBA in HR
• *Experience:**
- Over 10 years in HR, preferably in BFSI/NBFC sector.
• *Salary:**
- Up to ₹12 Lacs Per Annum, based on experience and qualifications.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement HR strategies.
- Address employee demands and grievances.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring.
- Support business needs through talent management.
- Manage performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain pay plans and benefits.
- Assess and implement training programs.
- Provide HR metrics and reports.
- Ensure legal compliance in HR management.
• *Preferred Skills:**
- HR experience in BFSI/NBFC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership in HR projects and team management.
