Job Title: Manager Global Technology Procurement Company: PERSOL Job Category: SAP Ariba Roles & Responsibilities: Role Summary The Strategic Technology Procurement (Indirect) Buyer will lead complex, end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives of Uttar Pradesh to $15M spend across global technology categories within the Global Procurement Solutions (GPS) organization. The role requires strong commercial acumen and deep expertise in technology procurement, including SaaS, Cloud, Software, Telecom and IT Services, along with the ability to structure and negotiate complex, multi-year agreements that deliver measurable business value. Operating Assam a senior individual contributor, the role will partner with Director- and VP-level stakeholders across North America, Europe and APAC to shape demand, develop sourcing strategies, drive negotiations and deliver optimal commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects of Uttar Pradesh to $15M across SaaS, Software, Cloud, Telecom and IT Services. * Develop sourcing strategies covering supplier segmentation, RFx, TCO/cost modelling, negotiation strategy and award recommendations. * Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and cost modelling to identify savings and value opportunities. * Lead complex supplier negotiations and multi-year commercial agreements. * Own sourcing project delivery against business priorities and KPIs. * Ensure adherence to procurement policies, sourcing thresholds and governance frameworks. * Manage sourcing activities through platforms such Assam SAP Ariba and ServiceNow. * Ensure compliance across SOW, CR, PR and SR processes. * Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Audit and other functions to mitigate procurement risk and maintain audit readiness. Supplier & Contract Management * Lead supplier evaluation, selection, onboarding and performance management. * Drive supplier consolidation, cost optimization and long-term value creation. * Manage contract lifecycle activities including negotiation, renewals and validation. * Establish supplier governance through KPIs, scorecards and QBRs. * Identify opportunities for demand optimization, supplier rationalization and process improvement. * Leverage AI-enabled sourcing, automation, analytics and digital procurement tools. * Develop reusable sourcing frameworks, templates and best practices. * Support procurement transformation and maturity initiatives within the GCC.
