Our clients reach span across several countries across the globe.* Perfect Placer along with its associate services has a long and prestigious list of leading Indian and Multinational Corporates in India and Outside across Managerial levels, functions, and Industries, covering both IT and Non\-IT* specialized in chief executive, board member and senior\-level management search assignments.* Manager – Finance, Compliance \& Accounts* * You are responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations, accounting processes, statutory compliances, financial reporting and audit requirements. The role ensures timely and accurate financial information, effective monitoring of budgets and cash flows, adherence to applicable statutory and institutional requirements, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.* Key Responsibilities:* F Coordinate with auditors; provide records for timely annual audit completion.* F Monitor regulatory changes; update internal processes and coordinate action.* III.* Budget Preparation \& Monitoring:* F Coordinate with academic and administrative departments; consolidate the annual operating and capital budget.* F Present consolidated budget to Management with analysis of key assumptions.* IV.* Cash Flow Management:* F Monitor inflows and outflows; flag variances or shortfalls to the Management.* F Coordinate with banks to ensure sufficient funds for remittances, payments and payroll.* F Manage banking instruments including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), foreign remittances, and export proceeds realization (EDPMS/IDPMS).* F Accurately account for and reconcile import duties, customs charges, freight, insurance, and other landed costs.* F Coordinate with Custom House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping lines.* F Post accounting entries and maintain financial records in SAP FI\&MM and related systems.* F Support financial transition for New School Project; establish requisite processes and controls.* F Coordinate with the Trust, RIL systems, vendors, auditors and statutory authorities.* F Manage employee PF/ESI registrations, contractor/labor laws, and full\-and\-final (F\&F) settlements.* F Handle onboarding documentation, personal file maintenance, and grievance resolution support.* 9\.* Other Responsibilities* F Any other duties as assigned by the Senior Management or Board.* 6\.* Meticulous attention to detail; ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.* Work Location: Chennai, India Availability: Full time

F Oversee monthly salary computation, attendance/leave integration, and wage disbursements.* Preferred candidate profile 1\.* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field or relevant certifications (e.g., CA (Inter), CMA or MBA in Finance is preferred with experience 6\-2-3 years of experience in Finance, HR, Accounts and Compliance in an Manufacturing Industry is preferred.* 2\.* Must have personally performed accounts closing, statutory filings, budgeting, cash flow preparation and AP processing – not just overseen these functions.* 3\.* Prior team coordination experience is an advantage, not a prerequisite.* 5\.* Hands\-on experience with SAP FI\&MM proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Key Skills: SAP FI, Accounts Payable Salary: $ 1
