Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence \& visualization, data management, performance management and next\-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning. * Define and implement enterprise data architecture strategies aligned with business goals and technology roadmaps * Design scalable, secure, and high\-performance data platforms leveraging cloud technologies and modern architectural principles * Lead the architecture and implementation of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse platforms, and Data Mesh solutions * Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise data requirements * Define data integration, transformation, migration, and interoperability strategies across diverse enterprise systems * Establish and implement data governance, metadata management, data quality, and Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks * Design and oversee real\-time and batch data processing architectures to support business and analytical requirements * Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, data engineers, technology leaders, and senior management to drive data initiatives * Assess, review, and optimize existing data platforms for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency * Define and enforce data security, privacy, compliance, and access control standards in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to data engineering and development teams * Conduct architecture reviews, establish design standards, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles and industry best practices * Evaluate emerging data technologies and recommend solutions that improve the organization's data capabilities * 10–14 years of overall experience in data engineering, data architecture, or related technology roles, with substantial experience in architecture and design. * Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture and modern data platform design. * Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, and Data Mesh architectures. * Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling. * Hands\-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Expertise in ETL/ELT, data integration, transformation, and migration strategies. * Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality, and MDM. * Experience designing batch and real\-time data processing architectures. * Understanding of enterprise data security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and access controls. * Experience with data platform performance optimization, scalability, reliability, and cost management. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem\-solving, and technical leadership skills Work Location: Bengaluru, India Availability: Full time
