Maintenance - Plant Engineering at Rane Madras Limited - SLD

Experience: 12 to 18 years. Location: Thirubhuvanai, Puducherry. Responsibilities:. Plant maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and safe operation. Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance; analyze failures using RCA, MTBF, and MTTR. Ensure uninterrupted power supply, energy efficiency, fuel control, power factor improvement, and utility cost optimization. Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and contractors for maintenance and machine upgrades. Drive TPM, 5S, OEE improvement, safety, and energy audits. Prepare annual maintenance plans, budgets, spares planning, and cost control. Support new machine installation, commissioning, expansions, modernization, and energy-saving projects. Maintain statutory, calibration, maintenance records, and documentation for audits and management review. Desired Profile:. Strong in coordination. Problem solving skills. Good communication skills
