The incumbent is responsible for developing, structuring, and implementing the company's equipment technical and maintenance records. They ensure that all acquired or manufactured equipment is supported by complete documentation, preventive maintenance programs, spare parts lists, and all required information prior to commissioning. What you will do * Prepare and maintain equipment technical documentation. * Develop preventive maintenance programs and maintenance procedures. * Create equipment inspection, maintenance, and transfer checklists. * Develop equipment bills of materials (BOMs), identify critical spare parts, and recommend inventory levels. * Collaborate with the Procurement team to support supplier and parts sourcing. * Support equipment commissioning and ensure compliance with internal standards. * Participate in the acceptance of new equipment and coordinate the transfer of information to operations teams. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance and asset management.
