About the role ------------------ As Maintenance Coordinator, you will work a Monday to Friday roster, providing essential coordination and administrative support across the facility, working closely with contractors and supporting inspections, compliance activities, documentation, deliveries and spare\-parts inventory. From managing Enablon actions and SAP inventory movements to coordinating onsite inductions, receiving deliveries and supporting general site upkeep, you will enjoy plenty of variety in your day. * You will coordinate day\-to\-day facility and workshop administration activities; * To manage facility Redbook inspections and repairs in line with SAP Plant Maintenance requirements; * Maintain facility documentation and support compliance with relevant procedures and legislative requirements; * Coordinate onsite contractors, inductions and legislative inspections; * To manage Facility Enablon actions, including documentation updates and compliance requirements; * You will receive, unload and safely store deliveries using a forklift; * Support general site upkeep and maintain compliance with council requirements; * Manage stocktakes, spare\-parts inventory and goods movements in SAP.
