Job Title: Logistics System & Process SAP Specialist Company: Nexperia Germany GmbH SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: What You Will Do * Analyze and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency and service levels. * Support the implementation, enhancement, and stabilization of SAP EWM and other logistics systems. * Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials. * Coordinate with operations, IT teams, and external partners to resolve process and system issues. * Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, and end-user training activities. * Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and warehouse excellence initiatives. * Support logistics transformation and system implementation projects. * Work across functions to ensure logistics processes and system solutions meet business and operational requirements. * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain. * Experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred. * Exposure to system implementation, process improvement, or business transformation projects. * Experience in process mapping, UAT, system testing, documentation, and user training. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for process optimization. * Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Good command of English, both written and spoken.
