About the role We are looking for a Learning \& Development Business Partner to join BDO New Zealand, based in our Auckland CBD office. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner with leaders and stakeholders across the BDO network to identify capability needs, design practical learning solutions and facilitate engaging learning experiences that support business and people priorities. Working closely with the National Learning \& Organisational Development Lead, service line leaders, subject matter experts and the wider People \& Capability community, you will play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences that help our people grow and succeed at every stage of their careers. This role requires a confident facilitator and coach who can lead engaging workshops, guide meaningful discussions and build the capability of leaders, subject matter experts and trainers across the BDO network. Key Responsibilities * Partner with stakeholders across your portfolio to identify capability needs and develop learning solutions aligned to business priorities * Design, maintain and continuously improve technical and professional learning pathways and curriculum frameworks * Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant, practical and engaging learning content * Coordinate the delivery of workshops, development programmes, conferences and learning events across the national calendar * Support trainers and leaders across the network to deliver high\-quality learning experiences and on\-the\-job development * Monitor programme engagement, learner feedback and outcomes to ensure learning delivers measurable value * Manage relationships with external learning providers and oversee programme quality and effectiveness * Maintain and optimise learning resources and content through BOLD, our Learning Management System * Contribute to learning communications, continuous improvement initiatives and organisational development projects * Experience in Learning \& Development, Organisational Development, Talent Development or a related people capability role * Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple levels of an organisation * Strong facilitation skills, with experience designing and delivering engaging workshops, leadership programmes and learning events * Strong coaching capability, with demonstrated experience supporting leaders, facilitators, subject matter experts or emerging talent to build capability and confidence * Experience working within a professional services firm or another complex, fast\-paced and commercially driven environment * Strong analytical and critical thinking capability with a focus on continuous improvement * Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to create engaging learning materials and communications * Relevant tertiary qualification and recognised coaching qualification or accreditation are highly regarded * A highly visible national role with the opportunity to influence learning and capability across the BDO network * A collaborative and supportive team environment, backed by a national People \& Capability community * Professional development and ongoing career growth * Modern Auckland office, competitive remuneration and employee benefits If you're looking for an opportunity to influence capability, partner with leaders and make a meaningful impact across a national organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
